Create professional web proposals, track your deals, and collect qualified leads — all in one place. Choose a topic below or just start with Create a proposal.
DevGit at a glance
DevGit helps web design and digital agencies turn ideas into beautiful proposals in minutes. You build a proposal once from ready-made blocks, send your client a single link, and watch as they review and sign it online. Alongside proposals, you get a simple CRM pipeline to track every deal and a form builder to qualify incoming leads.
- ›Proposals — branded, animated web pages built from ready-made sections (hero, features, pricing, reviews, timeline and more).
- ›Folders — one folder per client that follows the deal from first contact to final payment.
- ›Forms — lead-qualification forms that route and score answers automatically.
- ›Templates — reuse your best proposals as a starting point for the next one.
Your dashboard
Sign in at /admin. The dashboard shows your proposal stats (total, published, drafts), how many proposals you can still create, and your recent work. The sidebar gets you everywhere: Proposals, Folders, Forms, Templates, and Settings for your brand.
Proposal credits
Your account has a proposal credit balance. Each proposal you create — new, duplicated, or from a template — uses one credit. Your remaining credits are shown on the dashboard and on the New Proposal screen.
- ›When you run out, you'll see: “You have used all your proposal credits. Contact the administrator to upgrade.”
- ›Ask your administrator to raise your limit — just that easy.
- ›Deleting a proposal does not refund a credit, so archive instead of delete when a deal is done.
Create a proposal
Proposals are documents made of pages, and each page is made of sections. The moment you create one, all pages and default sections are generated for you — you just fill in the content.
Step by step
- ›Go to Proposals → New Proposal and enter the client's name. A web address (slug) is generated automatically.
- ›Edit each section: add your text, images, pricing and button links.
- ›When it looks good, set the status to Published.
- ›Copy the public link
/p/<slug>and send it to your client. - ›Watch the client review, and have them sign the signature section right on the page.
Statuses
- ›Draft — private, only you can see it.
- ›Published — live public link for your client.
- ›Archived — done deal, kept for records and out of your active list.
Edit pages & sections
Open a proposal and click any section of any page. Every section opens an editor with three tabs:
- ›Content — the words and media: title, subtitle, body text, items, images, and button settings.
- ›Style — how it looks: font, size, weight, color, and text animation.
- ›Layout — the card style and background effect.
Add a section
Click Add Component on a page and choose from ready-made sections: Hero, Features, Metrics, Reviews, Steps, Timeline, Pricing, CTA, About, Moodboard, Value Stack, Section Intro, Social Media, and Signature.
Change, move, hide or remove
- ›Change the look — swap the card, background or animation; your content stays.
- ›Reorder — drag sections up or down within a page.
- ›Move — send a section to a different page.
- ›Hide — toggle a section (or whole page) invisible without deleting it.
- ›Remove — delete it from the page.
Buttons & links
Make it easy for clients to say yes. In any section with a button, open the editor and use CTA Settings to set the button text, where it links (calendar, WhatsApp, email…), and an optional urgency note like “Only 2 spots left this month”.
The blue action buttons at the top of every editor are always the same: Copy link, Preview, Publish / Unpublish, Save, Duplicate (⧉), and Delete (🗑).
Language, PDF & signature
- ›Languages — enable the languages you need for a proposal and fill in the translated text. Arabic and Hebrew render right-to-left automatically, and the client sees a language switcher.
- ›PDF export — download any proposal as a PDF (asking for the language first if it's multi-language). Perfect for attaching to an email.
- ›Signature — clients sign on a signature pad inside the proposal. It's one-time, so a signed proposal stays signed.
Templates
Templates let you start every new deal from your proven best work instead of a blank page.
- ›Browse the gallery at
/admin/templates. - ›Click Use on a template — a new draft proposal is created for that client, ready to customize.
- ›Using a template counts as one proposal credit.
- ›New templates are added by your administrator from the team's best proposals.
Folders & your pipeline
A folder is your record of a client and the deal. It keeps their proposal and forms together and shows exactly where things stand. Your account starts with a default folder; create one per client as they come in.
Move the deal forward
Each folder has a stage. Move it as the relationship progresses:
- ›Lead Identified → Meeting Scheduled → Meeting Done → Proposal Sent → Follow-up / Second Meeting → Negotiation / Confirmation Received → Payment 1 → Payment 2 → Payment 3 → Won / Completed
- ›Tick the flags that apply along the way: proposal sent, form sent, confirmation sent/received, payments confirmed.
- ›Set a classification: unset, potential, not-potential, or converted.
- ›Every change is saved to the folder's history, so you can always look back at how the deal progressed.
Forms
Forms collect and qualify leads. A form is a set of questions that can branch (skip ahead or finish early based on answers), score responses, and end with a pre-written result. Responders visit your public link at /f/<slug>.
The builder tabs
- ›Questions — add, edit, reorder, duplicate (⧉) or delete (🗑) questions. Twelve types: text, paragraph, email, phone, number, date, single choice, multiple choice, dropdown, yes/no, scale, statement.
- ›Logic & Flow — see the whole form as a diagram. Blue arrows skip past a question when a condition matches; green arrows end the form early.
- ›Results — the message people see after completing, based on conditions or score.
- ›Settings — form name, public link, cover, success message, submit button text, accent color, progress bar.
- ›Responses — every answer in one inbox, ready to export.
- ›Analytics — the funnel from views to completions, plus per-question breakdowns.
Publish & share
Click Publish to make the form live, then Copy link to grab the URL. Later edits stay in a draft until you publish again. Unpublish takes it offline; Archive keeps it for records.
